Essay: Let's Play DQV - P1
I should get this out of the way: I'm a gamer. Specifically I'm a gamer who spends money he doesn't have on games he won't be able to give himself the time to playthrough. However, this is mitigated by a few factors. A: I'm a college student and have a little more flexibility with my budget than I might otherwise, B: I'm getting a job (I hopes), C: I have saved a good deal of money due simply to the fact that I have never owned a mainstream console in my life. Instead, I play PC, GBA/GBC/DS games and emulate from time to time.
Even if money isn't an issue, time is. I have a huge backlog of games, and I often put one down to start another and another and another. To date: I've yet to finish the very first Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, owe myself another playthrough of KOTOR, have yet to buy Fallout 3, Oblivion, Mass Effect, Dragon Age or any number of countless PC Games.
